Enrolment Procedures

All queries are directed to the Principal, Attention: Admissions Secretary, P.O. Box 1036, Kloof, 3640.

Documents that must be completed includes: Conditions of Acceptance & General Information.
|

·
|
Copies of school reports, and a birth certification, must be submitted.
|
|
·
|
Interviews take place in August/September.
|
|
·
|
Admission to Kloof High School is officially confirmed by means of an Acceptance Letter signed by the Principal.

|
·
|
Forms and general information are sent to prospective parents in April/May.
|
|
·
|
Applications close early in August.

School Fees
Fees Compulsory -
The school fees for 2012 recommended by the Governing Body and approved by parents at the Annual General Meeting held in November 2011 is R25 575.00 for Grades 8 & 12, and R24 075.00 for Grades 9 to 11.

Discounts
School fees paid in full by 29th February 2012 are subject to a discount of R3536.00. Families with 3 or more students at the school qualify for a discount of R7072.00. Scholarship fees are discounted in proportion to the value of the scholarship as per policy documentation.

All parents are encouraged to make use of the very reasonable student insurance administered by Alexander Forbes. The premiums are: Rugby (R350); Boys (R150), Girls (R110) and cover students to and from school, on the sports field, and school recognised excursions.
